  • What is the Ordering Process?
    Select and Pay for Item Take your photos for submission (See "PHOTO SUBMISSION") Email your photo(s) to: theninjaofnostalgia@gmail.com
  • What do I receive?
    You will receive two (2) High Resolution 300 PPI digital .JPG files in 5X7 and 8X10 sizes. The resolution is professional print level resolution.
  • How long will it take to receive my images.
    Because it depends on how long it takes to receive the pictures from you, it will generally take approximately 7 days after your photo submission.
  • Will I get to see the image before you send me the final product?
    Yes, I will email you a Low Resolution proof with a water mark, for your approval before sending the High Resolution images.
  • What's the best way to shoot my photos and does the background matter?
    Sunlight yields the most natural color, unless you have adequate indoor lighting. Make sure your subject's face is lit. Do not have your lighting source from the back, as it creates an undesired silhouette effect. Backgrounds do not matter as I will separate the subject from the background.
  • What if I don't like the image?
    Just let me know before I send the High Resolution final. I'm here to work with you to make you happy. 😀 Once the High Resolution is sent, all sales are final.
  • If my entire team decides to do the individual profile pics, can we get a discount?
    Yes, for 5 or more players from the same team, just email me prior and I will send you a team specific Checkout Code for a discount.
  • What can I do with these digital files?
    You can make prints, posters, share the digital files with family and friends, use as computer screen savers...
